Return Policy

Noregon does not offer refunds on any of its products. If you receive a defective item, please use our contact us page or call us at 336-970-5567 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will repair your item or replace it with another of the same item only. For warranty claims, you will be responsible for shipping the defective product to Noregon before receiving a replacement.
